Dracula
I thought I'd give an answer... to the guess i posed the other day. What I have been doing that is so out of the ordinary for me. I have been reading. After being beyond bored at work with nothing to do, right before I might could have snapped and gone crazy... i decided to do the last thing that I ever imagined may entertain me. I asked Jac for the website where she reads books online and for a suggestion on which book to read and I slowly got started. I have been reading the book "Dracula" written by Bram Stoker. Its very good. I am so surprised with the book, and myself for that matter. I still have a while to go...but I'm chugging away and doing good. Maybe this isn't a big deal for anyone else, but for me... its huge. The only book I have voluntarily read is the "Book for Mormon." Another fun thing about this situation is that everyday I have been telling Dave the story and the things I have been reading and he really likes it... so its fun to talk about it with him. So there ya have it. The end

??????
Guess what? No really…guess what!??? Guess what I’m doing right now…not this very second but you get the gist… Anyone? It’s something you’d never ever in a million years believe once I tell you.. (if you know me well that is). Any guesses? Let me give you a few hints:
1. It’s something I say I don’t like to do
2. It requires free time
3. It’s something people do that I always want to do but just can’t seem to get into
4. It’s something that my sisters would be proud of me for doing (I think)
5. It’s something my mom used to say leaders do
Ok that is too many clues. If you know the answer, leave a comment….
All I can say is good job me! Although most people do this all the time…I’m not most people. So yay me! I’m so pleased… infact maybe I’ll do it again!
Ps…this has nothing to do with exercising or nutrition :)

Today
what a babe he is….best thing is he doesn’t even know it….making him all the more babeolicious! After chatting, laughing, and enjoying the evening with friends and we’re all alone…..we’ll start a movie and purposely fall asleep watching it all cuddled up in blankets… it feels so nice knowing that tomorrow will not wake us up. As my eyes start to get heavy and I drift off into dream land …I’ll suddenly remember that I haven’t brushed my teeth……as suddenly as I remember…I purposely forget….. instead, I snuggle up closer to my darling, give him a bad breath kiss and fall back asleep… what a lovely day!

long time no post
I can't believe its been almost one month without a post. Thank goodness other people aren't lazy and make time for blogging because if not...i would have nothing to look forward to at work. I don't have much to blog about. But, I thought I'd post a few pics and give a little update.
Illinois was great. We had a wonderful Christmas and it was fun to spend time with Dave's family. We did a lot of relaxing, way too much eating, a lot of sleeping in, talking, and hanging around. It was really nice.
Going back to work after a two week break almost gave me a stroke. I'm back into the swing of things now, ffffppphhheeeww! (hand swiping my brow). We found a fabulous house that we LOVE to death....we made and offer, they countered, we countered back...and it just wasn't low enough. So we are back to square one. Kinda frustrating, no no no VERY frustrating... But the good news is we are saving money everyday...so we have that to be thankful for...along with everything else of course! Dave is working his little bum off being the best hubby ever. Turtle is being a sweetie pie cuddling with us every night while we watch TV. We have started working out again...hallelujah... Dave bought me the biggest loser DVDs for Christmas and sweet mother they are hard! They are kicking my butt....hopefully after a few months it will disappear! That is the goal at least. Life is good. House hunting is hard. Exercising is worth it. "24" is back with a bang. I'm anticipating "Lost"...and last but not least, Tony's is my favorite restaurant.
Goodbye for now.
